Anyone have a champ spawn just disapper on them?

I was with a group of people in Ish doing the Valor Champ spawn when all the sudden the spawn just up and disappeared..we where on the first level of the spawn and almost a candle or two from the next level when it disappeared anyone else have this happen?

The champ spawns in Ilsh are set on timers to reset to another spawn type after a certain amount of time, but there's a wiating period between each respawn. It's very possible you got there just as the timer was running out.

thast possible but not likely since 15 mintutes after the spawn disappeared it reappeared though then again could just be the same spawn being ran back to back.

Out of pure, mordid curiosity, was that spawn an arachnid spawn?

Reason for the question: last night I was working on an arachnid spawn with another guy, but I had to leave because it was taking too long and I had to get some rest before work today. If yours was also arachnid, then it would have been the same spawn two hours later, in which case it may have been the timer which killed it.

I have seen on great lakes (on my thief) BC were working a vermin spawn in the bogs got all the way to where barracoon should have popped...

Nothing...

All candles went and they were left holding there...whatever it is they hold meaniwhile i was left fuming with no scrolls to steal!!!

I think it was a spider spawn.

The timer between spawns is 15 minutes. The RNG just rolled another of the same spawn.
