Anyone know how to obtain 120 fishing powerscroll?

My shoot its at the pirate quest, if you bring the pirate back alive. Anyone to confirm this?

I thought the reward for that quest was the orc ship deed.

I've been asking around all morning. Nobody knows about the power scrolls. It would be nice to skill gain since I'm doing all this fishing.

Maybe they drop in fel like most of the other ones? UOguide doesn't list them as a reward of anything - yet. I have done a few of the professional fisher quests and I only keep getting bait.
