What darkvulf is refering to is the rude ICQ message he sent me requesting to duel on wrong roof. Skipping past all the arrogance, what happened was we ended up dueling outside of wrong (not on the roof). He used a gargoyle mystic mage tamer with a rune beetle and a bake kitsune... Now what ended up getting me killed during the fight was the bola, teleport... Now the key importance here is to eliminate his pets first. I think I could have handled the situation alittle better then I had (I was playing sloppy to say the least). The technique is to run around (dodging the pets) and slowly killing off his pets. Once you kill the rune beetle from the fireballs/arrows (over time) it will die and then take out the bake kitsune the same way. Once the pets are eliminated he will be real easy to kill (unless he just runs forever). Part of my problem though was that I was so confined (was running around right outside of wrong dungeon, which happens to be within a mountain). I was focusing on him and his pets at the same time and that's definatelly not the way to go with this template.
However, on a side note anyone that's played with pixies knows that in order for them to do any real damage to the target is if they're running. I was running the "whole time" to kill your pet off slowly (if you had noticed, i don't know). The bola and teleport though is what really got me, can't really survive with this template when you're on foot with a beetle and kitsune on you and someone spamming spell plague. So if you run this template make sure u stay away from the guy holding the bola... Get his pets away from him and take the beetle out first since thats the most devestating and then from there it's downhill really. I was willing to fight again but this guy was just so obnoxious and arrogant that I was forced to adding him to my block list on ICQ. I'm always willing to duel anyone that can atleast act civil and mature without the arrogance and **** talking. If your anything like this guy though, i'll throw ya on my block list in a heart beat.
Cedric, usually if you're fighting another person with pixies you can dispel them using dispel evil and since that requires so much less mana you can keep their pixies out permanently if u've got chivalry. The only thing is I believe they need to tell the pixies to attack you first before dispel evil works properly. You will have a problem though running this template fighting people that sit in protection or wraith form and burn through ur mana. Archers and Throwers are also annoying because if they dont feel like running they can be hard to really do anything to. But at the same time, they can't do anything to u so its kind of a no win situation. I definatelly would NOT recommend spamming hail storm.. That template above:

prolly med and some magery? <---- will need magery, screw med cause u need to heal and cure urself. (this is why using THIS specific template will be super hard on ur mana because 120 focus isn't nearly as good as 120 med). Alternatively you could pickup a mage wep which a disarm is all that would be needed to really eliminate you, that and dp spam. The good thing about chivalry is the cleanse by fire at 4/6 (effectively making dp spammers useless).
the problem with this is your going to blow through mana fast. you need magery for healing since gift of renewal has a cooldown after you use it once. If you pickup magery and only use focus you're going to really be tight on mana. Now if youre fighting someone with this template, you may wanna give up cause if they can be 4/6 spellweaving with over 69 magery then they can pop those pixies left and right non stop. It really depends on the person playing the template though.
Another reason I ran with 4/6 chivalry with the spellweaving is because they are both capped at 4/6 and I believe it's "Better to run and fight another day then sit and die". With chivalry even when you're real low on mana you can hold off on summoning pixies and go completelly defensive and unless you're bolad like in the situation I was in above and have 2 pets + a mage spamming spell plague on you or are getting ganked by other means, you should be fine 1v1 staying alive. Cleanse by Fire > arch cure... Dispel Evil > Mass Dispel. I guess it depends on the player and their playstyle... This template I mentioned waaay above is perfectly fine for me because i'd rather take a person out slowly from a plague of pixies and small spells then explode, fs and watch them run... I don't wanna say it takes more skill because it doesn't to run this template. But i'd say it takes more practice and patience because you have to use what limited spells/skills you have to your advantage. Also carry a beetle slayer talisman if you want (ive never tried it) it may work with spells as well... A few fireballs here and arrows there and the beetle will be done for. Greater dragons just use a reptile or dragon slayer. Orc brutes use a repond slayer.
I spent a long time contemplating whether I should be a tamer or use pixies... The problem with being a tamer in pvp and this is the most annoying problem, is when your pets die. Having to spend the extra time training them or feeling completelly useless because they're dead is a crappy feeling. With pixies I don't have that feeling... I can summon them right back when they get killed.
