Anyone ever manage to make High Resist Dragon Scale Armor?

I was around before the time of the Dragon Smith Hammer. Post-AoS has anyone been able to creater 60 in all Resist Dragon Scale Armor. I know that its probable only possable with a Runic Hammer. 100+ Smithing, & 100 armslore. Figured the Gorget-Non Dragonscale armor would have to be a Tailored pieces with a Barbed Ruinc for best Resist. & would like to do it without a Shield, & Jewelry.

Is it even possable?

I tried long ago but did not have enough different dragon scales to really do a good job of it. The difficulty in making exceptional pieces was also a factor. I did have some reasonable pieces but nothing that would make an all 70 suit.
