For Baja my UO Trace utility contains this line:

Host Name IP Address Hop Ping Time
Eth1-7.edge03.abn-sjc.ea.com 206.223.116.55 7 39ms

Ping Avg % Loss Pkts r/s Ping best/worst
100% 0 / 496

That's my first EA server. Trace utility runs very slow, about 3 seconds per trace. It takes me several minutes to log in a char but playing seems normal. I thought 100% packet loss was a game stopper?

Not sure what all that stuff you posted is but in my post I thought the give-away was the the ea.com part of the URL?
Am I wrong...is .ea.com not associated with EA???
I am the first to admit I don't understand high tech (my rl money-maker is IT support and software design) but it seems highly likely that ea.com is, in fact, an EA owned and operated server/portal. Am I wrong???

and STILL as far as I KNOW... could be wrong ... really doesn't matter ... but far as I KNOW Hop #18 is the first EA/Coown ...
wonder what the chances are ... I have a DIFFERENT path? hmmm maybe even partially ...where do YOU end up ... when trace routing to baja?

WON'T fix ya ...but just for thoroughness sake ...
