Anyone else not recieve an orange certificate?

Just curious if anyone else who had all the number and color cards matching not recieve a orange certificate or is it just me? I recounted them a few times and they all belong to the same sim and they match the number, im sure it will take a while for every single person to have an orange certificate (I have one on my other account) but was just curious if anyone else had this issue? Thanks!
