Anyone else just get double billed for their month?

Hey,

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but I'm not sure where to post it.

I only have one UO account, yet I was just double billed by EA. There are two problems:

1) Well, I was just double slugged for a month's play;

2) The Support page only has contact info for the US, Japan, Korea and China. I, on the other hand, am a lovely Australian bloke.

So, is this a problem that I havemissed already being talked about? What is the best way to go about addressing the situation?

In order to ensure that your subscription fee is correctly debited from your account and that your gameplay continues uninterrupted, our billing system sends out what is called a pre-authorization in the amount of your subscription fee 5-6 days before your scheduled billing date. This pre-authorization puts funds in the amount of your subscription fee on hold in your account, making them unavailable for other uses. The primary reason for the pre-authorization process is so we can notify you that your subscription is in danger of being suspended before your billing date arrives. If your actual subscription charge were to fail, you account would be suspended. Remember: If you are using a debit card, the funds for your subscription charge must be available in your account 7 days before your billing date.

that double charge is usually only 1$..

question, did you get your game time from uo directly or the the codestore?

did the page time out and need refreshed?
did you by any chance hit submit twice?

They double bill me every month. But i have two accounts :twak:
