Anyone else having trouble with UO today?

Is anyone else having trouble with UO today? I constantly freezing up and then disconnecting, its been happening ALL day now. Itll load back in after like 5 mins then instantly freeze up and crash, never had anything like this before its making it impossible to do anything.

Earlier this week, I was noticing a lot of just general choppiness, no matter which shard I was on. Thought I was going to lose connection quite a few times, but it didn't happen as long as I just stopped doing anything and waited for the freeze-up to pass. I did double check all my network connections this morning to make sure nothing was loose, and since then I haven't really noticed the choppiness. So maybe I fixed it on my end...or maybe not.
