Anyone else having issues with Vet rugs ?

I have 2 of them and they each gave me one resource, per week.

Well now they been just sittin there, giving me nothing, no mibs, no seeds nothing. It has been about 3 wks now. ;(

Anyone else having issues with their vet reward rugs not producing their weekly resources lately ?
