Anyone else have a full set of these masks?

I wanted maybe 10 of each, but my son wanted the set.

I believe we have them all.

None of these masks are rare so don't let anyone rob you too badly.

Mesanna's are quite common, even the clowns.

TYVM to everyone on Atlantic who helped me, I ended up having to trade for the last 9-10. It turns out people will trade you any other mask for a mask that says Mesanna. LOL

From my point of view nothing is more rare than the other.. I only have 125 total.. I have seen 7 Messana Pumpkins and recieved 2 daemon and 2 clowns... I started a list of what i have and realized I am no where close to a total set.

Messana masks are more desireable because everyone loves her.. she is active and helps alot.. thus very popular... we sell her masks for 10 mil on Catskills. But, I will more than likely sell mine for 20 mil each when it stops. I LOOOOOVVVE GOOOOLLLD!!!

I think people are hoping Mesanna is going to come around and "dye" her masks like she's done with her pumpkins in the past, which they will then try to sell for 10M+ on vendors throughout the lands.

So far I think I've killed over 100 GrimmOmen pumpkins and I JUST NOW got ONE deamon mask *grumbles*

I have yet to even SEE a Mesanna Pumpkin and I'd really like one from Origin's EM Faine but I haven't seen one of those either.

I have a ton of masks though :/

None of them are a bit more rare than any other as far as I can tell.

It doesn't seem like Mesanna would be allowed to go around creating insanely priced rares, but then the world is full of her items. I traded a Mesanna clown last night for very little value because the person I traded it to was a nice person and wanted it very much. I'm pretty sure we'll get more of them.

I was going to completely stop, but it turns out we're only 32 masks from another full set. I could actually sell this one. I probably wouldn't sell it, but its always nice to have something this big to sell.

IMO never look at the name on the pumpkin. Its just too heartbreaking. I would have been insane long before now if I did that. I just get say 20 and send a char to pick them up. I never have any idea what I have til I'm working the excel sheet at the end of the day.

There are 3 women on Napa that are each working on the 3 complete sets, last I knew I think each were down to only needing just a few of one type to complete the 3 sets for themselves. (Wayyyyy to much work IMO, but I give them credit for doing it )

Ah, the irony.

We have an event where people are hoarding these silly masks by the dozens.... right smack dab in an event were everyone is liquidating years worth of worthless flotsam they collected thinking (incorrectly) the hundreds of "rares" and event items would be worth anything at all.

Before I get Prometheus' Gift thrown on me from every direction, let me just say that what you choose to collect is your business. But these masks aren't even multi-colored. There's six different ones (three if you dont care about their facing, which I think you can change with a deco tool anyway!) and that's it. As for the Developer Tags, this ain't anything even remotely new, folks -- they've been doing that on cards, reindeer, roses, snowmen, and so on for over five years.

The event was cool. But I don't see why everyone is hoarding these things. They'll just turn out like the Holiday Statues.... seven years later, they still weren't worth jack. Why? Because everyone had millions of 'em. (Well, that and they were fugly)

I have to say... I have been meaning to point this out as well... the irony part that is. Tossing away tons of "junk" (to some yes, to others they are treasures) only to have more things for players to collect and start all over again.

Yes... to each his/ her own for what they want to collect/ store/ do with their time - but that's what makes UO so interesting... people play for many different reasons and if this is what it takes to float their boat, then so be it...

On a separate note, Larissa, I may have that EM Faine mask you are looking for but it is on Pacific - I think.
