Not really, actually.
The products they offer for Ultima Online are either game time or consumables. There are also the expansions, but I am not sure there is a way to disable them in the Ultima Online code, so reimbursing any of those would be very difficult.

Not only that but as an MMO they can't guarantee your going to have a good time. Most of the older generation of MMO's rely on your being social to have a good time, and social interaction cannot be guaranteed as a good time for alot of people these days.
