Anyone else ever buy a code from the UO Game Code Store that was invalid?

Gotta ask... Did you cut/paste the code over? was there possible a blank space at the front or end of the paste?

Earlier this month I bought 3 codes. 1 of them didn't work. I did the copy/paste it and typed it, nothing would work. I paged a GM and they told me where to go. You end up going to ea.com and typing in your question. They replied to me in 24 hrs saying they need more time to look into the problem.
About a week later I recieved an email from them with a new code. I tried it and it worked!

also you have to watch.. sometimes they put in an approval code into the email that looks like the upgrade/actual code and its only 19 digits, but farther down your email theres another that is the actual code. re-look at your email carefully.

I called the # listed an the gent suggested we are really not connected to that end of the biz but I made a trouble ticket to 3 diff departments and suggest you call us again to make sure it doesnt slip between the cracks ya know how it is?
We expect this to be resolved in 24 to 48 hrs.
The code I received was sent to multiple peeps.
But Hey! I still........um am not sure what.......Im In! Just not yet........*Scratches head*
