At least 3 of the items in your list are not soley from Europa Events, but were handed out on all shards....

Trevelyan posted on our very own Europa forum as recently as yesterday. Having just looked, it's not some kind of secret or anything, his icq number is in his Stratics profile.

If you really want this stuff, if you're digging for info and investigating, then, well...dig & investigate!

This may involve heading out to the Spiritwood & Deepwater communities to talk to some oldtimers who may or may not read Stratics, and who may very well know others who were involved in the quests & events specific to Europa, some of whom may know others who know others, etc., etc.

Again i was hoping we could all make a community driven thread....time ingame is not my best freind... and europa is by far the best community spirit i have seen....we will see.. ???

.......and my point is...... i have been to deeprock and jurrels office in minoc and read thro the books...and im still stuck on some items .... if nobody else can help then the europa history post will not expand,,its a community thing....if europa wants the post then europa people will hopefully give some information????

While both have always been fair &amp; pleasant to me personally, frankly I'm irked that the custodians of by far the <u>bulk</u> of Europa's history can't even be bothered to regularly pay for the museum account (quarterly account roulette, if the house sign decay messages are to be believed) so that the shard such a collection was supposed to benefit enjoys precisely nothing of its own displayed (some documented) history.

Europa's shard history, whatever remains of it, lays on a usually dormant account and shut tightly behind locked doors. You know this all too well, you're an idoccer.

To be honest, it's up to Trev and Hemi how much they wish to assist with any accurate history specifically in relation to Europa's events &amp; quest items, THP.

There. See? Wasn't so hard, was it? It really only required a lack of desire for any personal benefit and just a smidgeon of backbone.

The champions blade was awarded to the best pvper during an event tournament on each shard *I believe* It might have been run by seers or counselors I forget. I was too young so its hard for me to recall the event as it happened accordingly. I do know that each winner was granted the champions blade *an ice white viking sword* and the title to their character

The Grandmaster Duelist *i think this was it*

There was a second place title but I forget what it was.

I believe the "Grandmaster Duelist" was actually the second place title, and there was a different first place title.

Its very well possible. The only person I knew with the title was Baal who played legends years ago. He said it was the first place title. I've heard different stories about him though. He claimed he won the tournament his self and others claimed he bought the account with the title.

He later changed the character name from Baal to Mrs [forgotten char name] and moved to atlantic. The last time I ever talked to him was probably a year and a half ago when he reactivated his account after taking a break.

I recall two players on ATL this past summer prior to July 1st each had a title. One was Grandmaster, one was something else.

I believe theres another title than other of those, although I certainly could be mistaken. There was a player who on Atl who had the one I can not think of atm, but has since moved to Europa.

I know that they were involved in a trade gone bad with Tomas Bryce, perhaps he will remember the title, or correct my faulty memory.

Or possible the title you're thinking of came from a seperate event altogether.

The Grandmaster and master duelist titles were before the EM events. They came out of a 2 vs 2 shard wide pvp tournament. Team winners received those titles on their char and each received a white sword of champion. Its a pure whtie viking that some have easter eggs hidden inside them.


The Champion's blade was from an EM event and Europa shard only, there is also Hero's blade, and some sashes for participants and winner and runner up.

The Explorer's items comprises 10 items each. There are 2 sets that exists, and awarded to the two players who I guess turned in bunch of numbered daggers. Treyvelan and some other guy. The 10 items are listed up in the event item thread (braclet, scrapper, boots, sash, lantern, shirt, pants, dress, cloak, and pouch)

Players were asked to locate daggers with numbers and whoever turned in the most ended up with those sets. Some daggers are still out in collector's hands. They are numbered 1, 2, 5 and 10.


The Wild's Call (don't know) Europa specific event.

Ancient Tattered Mummy Wrappings (Season 1 EM event, shard wide. The battle ended up at the pyrmaid in Malas fought these nasty mummys and wrappings dropped on ground and on corps)

Blood Pact (Season 1 event, part of Minax arc. Messenger was intercepted in T2A who carried a note to Minax and axe was found on body)

Cloak of Minax (Season 1 event, part of Minax arc. Followers of Minax carried these cloak which could be found on ground or corps when slain)

Gauntlets of Anger (Season 1 event, part of Minax arc, 3 items came out of this event, Gaunletes of Anger, Spider silk woven shirt, ornate encrusted armsguard. The event was about tracking down Kennoean and his henchmen in dungeons. I think fight took place in deceit or hylolth.


Corroded manacles? Season 2-3 arc, rescue prisoners at Yew prison, manacles were left everywhere to be picked up. Shard wide event.

wow thanks again thats going to make the history post on europa look sweet for sure... btw ive pmed u on a possible blunder on the said europa post- may have got my wires crossed between old orc seer event and a newer orc 2005 em event?

The events weren't exactly 1 year per season, it was more like 4-5 months, then rest few months then started again.

Manti, u can remember the event which u wasnt at, but u cant remember the name of 'some other guy' (me) that sold u the explorer set

I sold u the set because i tried to quit, I do play again now.I dont regret selling it because tbh its a weight of my shoulders.I always worried about getting hacked,etc .Anyway, I renamed that char (scar) because it just didnt feel the same without the suit.
Hytloth Dungeon (tram)
Numbered Daggers on all monsters (not just named ones) within the time limit.
Return to his Office when time run out.
1st Trev, 2nd me (scar) 3rd love? got a elegant runner up sash.

I didnt know the actual char that won it was called Scar or something else. I just remembered the other name. Sorry
