I have tried several times on different days to demolish and place a new house on Test Center to try out some new designs, and each time I get a message that housing placement/customization is not available at this time and to try again later.
I have been trying again later, and later, and later, only to get the same message. I have not been able to modify or place a house on Test for over 2 weeks.
Anyone else getting the same thing?
