Anyone accurately compared ornate with LJ against d mace at cap?

Subject says it all really, when you know your hitting the damage cap slayer/perfection/items does the base damage and LJ bonus add anything or is it under the same cap? According to the stratics calculator an ornate axe with LJ would out damage everything unless it's all governed by the same cap.

I tried test center but couldn't get similar enough ornate/diamond mace to test it.
