You need to eat extremely cursed item and run nonstop for 6 months. If you do this properly you may get 260
Okee...seems to be chars not noted as having eated 25 stat scwolls...odd as they champ huntor chars...still...munched anotehr 25 stat and it fixed it.

You have to do it right: run naked between West Brit bank and Minoc .. that should do the trick.
