One of my friend has registered nickname with the uoforever server on IRC. Whenever he try to type it says that he must have a registered nickname, then it changes him to and unidentified user. When he re-type his nick name in (exactly as he registered it) it will re-connect as his nick name, but again when he try to send any txt it says he need to be registered and switches him to an unidentified user again.

Any suggestions?

I think thats on the end of irc. Using whatever he uses to connect to irc have him type /chanserv register "insert nick" it should ask for a password at that point


If that doesnt work try /help
