I am looking for crafting Talismans that have both normal and exceptional bonuses 26% or better (both, not either one...) in the following skills :

- Blacksmithying
- Tailoring
- Alchemy
- Inscription
- Masonry
- Tinkering
- Fletching
- Carpentry
- Cooking

And of crafting Talismans in the following skills with a bonus 28% or higher

- Glassblowing
- Cartography
