It depends where you are looking. I know of a decent sized plot next to my house that is open. I am sure people know of more try going to the Cat's forum and posting about housing spots.

Decent housing does not seem very hard to come by on Catskills. I am in a guild and our policy is that no guild member goes without a house. 18x18 homes come up on offer fairly often, too.

Hey thanks! I actually rode around last night and found a place for a large house with patio (classic design) - beachfront in luna about two screens away from lots and lots of mining!

on the cats forum one player post that he had located 4 18 sq spots for anyone needing a home. You might check there.
