I haven't downloaded the latest patch and probably won't until I hear there aren't significant issues with it and the Stone Enhanced Mod. If graphics updates are all that I am missing, I won't bother until it goes live on standard production shards. So far, everything is working just fine without patching.

Thus far, I haven't seen anything needing to be updated in the UI packages... looks like it was only an artwork tweak.
