Any plan for the blue crystals from the gypsy rescue quest?

Seems like people have forgotten about these.
I remember one of the DEVs promised some use for these, I know red ones were made so you can turn them in for new costume selection but what about the blue ones? Did I miss anything?

I also am waiting for a few things to be useful too!

• small pieces of blackrock
• Ophidian Rations (whoever suggests that their "use" was as a hand-in for the Spring Cleaning, it was also stated that these would have ANOTHER use, hence why they started spawning again)
• Snake Skins (same as above)
  

Would be nice to hear definitively if these would ever have a use again. Rations at least stack, snake skins, blackrock and blue crystals don't

No. They have no plans for them. Just like anything that is event related. For the past decade not counting the last 2-3 years event items that were not used became rares. They were placed in museums and kept as deco or memories. Then some one came along and decided to reuse rare items for new events. So players got used to having all items reused again. Rare hunters and museums practicaly disapered from UO over a small period of time and players expected all items that don't spawn anymore to be reused at a later time.
We lost a very important part of Uo at that time. Probably losed a DEV that did all the new art also. But Im sure as there past actions have being going on they will reuse it for something else down the road. So I guess patience is the key.

I purposely saved the blue crystals from the Halloween event because we were told that there would be a use for them later.
I was thinking of some disease event and the blue crystals would help you out.

I can't remember when/where, but a developer said they would be useful during the Magincia rebuild.

Most likely scenario would be: they already did, but mixed up the colors.

They will be used for Mag but aren't needed. They will give you some edge but not enough freak out those that don't have them.
