according to my other source , they were able to straighten things out rather quickly .
i cant say ive tried it myself . i buy everything with gold i earned in game , but i remember talking to him a few months ago and he said he used that number on multiple occasions with success.
and here i dont mean to be rude in any way , but i know others who have bought things without any help . make sure you have everything in place . if you pasted in an extra asteric or something even the guy on the phone may not know why it isnt working.
ps make sure there isnt a space at the beginning (or end) when you copy . i think even an extra space is enough to throw off the code.
