Lots were... I sell them for 1.25m on my Atlantic vendors when I get them in, but I have seen them sell for as much as 3m if the person is patient.
meh may aswell keep it lol would prob cost me 3m to vendor it im on europa lol
You can test the charge count by using it once and noting how much the difference from 100 is. Some people collect max counts and may pay more. It will recharge so don't worry.
They can also be Imbued. I put SC on one of the firework staffs I have for my crafter. Always fun to shoot off random fireworks
I thought they fixed that so it couldn't be done anymore?
