I think the shield listed in the wiki is incomplete... maybe @BrianFreud can assist with adding. Item properties can be confirmed here for reference as well

BlackGuard Shield — UO Rares

*The Blackguard Shield is a charcoal Bronze Shield that was awarded to 8 players on Lake Austin during an EM Event. Characters had to seek out 8 rusted items in dungeons and report back what they found to receive one. The shield represents the royal commander's elite guard

Most of the rares in the wiki are still missing properties; I'd welcome anyone willing to help add them. Just click the "edit" tab, then click on "open item editor", then "property info". Add/correct/remove whatever properties, then click save, and it'll take effect.
