[Price Check] Any idea of the worth of this SSI 10 bracelet?

Doing some dungeon farming last night and the following bracelet dropped:

Vicious Bracelet of Haste (greater magic item) - SSI 10, HCI 15 clean no negatives only those 2 stats on it.

I sure could be wrong, but I do believe its worth a bit. I'm actually not interested in gold, but instead I wish to barter/trade the bracelet if it does have high value. Like just about everyone else I am looking to get my tamer's grubby little hands on a Dread Mare/Dread Warhorse (are they the same thing btw?) more for collection purposes though I plan to use it for pvm and EM events. So could I get some help on its value in terms of - "its worth 1 high rated/good rated DM plus 1 dread bane", or "its worth 1 DM corpse but not a live one" etc. I'm on Pacific and don't have shard transfer ability so if you know anyone that has a high/good rated DM and feels the bracelet is worth a trade let me know ICQ 686063939 HP and physical/fire resists on the higher end would be what I'm looking for in the DM. i think 500 might be hard nowadays, i would say 250 to 400.

Appreciate the replies Soulweaver & Smoot for the estimates this also matches further information sent to me. So I will offer to trade this bracelet for 1 very good dread mare. For anyone reading this pass the word along that I'm looking to trade it for a very good rated DM. With an SSI 10 and HCI 15 you will have a very good base to add your additional mods. If you have the DM I'm looking for and are like me without shard transfer ability I'd like you to contact me anyways as I may have guild members that can transfer to your shard.
