Any explanation and clearification on shard shield nerf?

Its very unclear what i read.

Can I use my main trader to go from shard a to b to c and back to shard a in 4 days? Or do I have to wait 14 days between each jump?

If so, I have to wait 14 days for each jump - they are nerfed to unusable and it is many shields to be overproduced.

Any dev comment's plz???

Why this?

I wouldn't hold your breath on an explanation as to why, but if I understand correctly, its 14 days by character.

BUT you COULD go from shard A to shard B with an extra return to shard A, shop with character x from shard A, then send back character y from shard B to shard A with what you bought the next day. So, its just kind of an extra step.

It's a temporary Exploit fix... Shard Shields will be UN-NERFED probably on Monday....

If that's the case, it's probably best that they didn't announce anything then. Catch the guilty parties off guard.

That is usually the case. Never want to announce to the masses that there is an exploit while they are trying to fix it, lol.

After this publish, we investigated further and discovered that only a small group of players
exploited the dupe of the shield tokens. We are deleting those tokens and reverting the fix back by
Monday at the latest.

It was not our intention to punish any innocent players, but to remove the
18,000 tokens that where duped. We have seized the houses and actioned the accounts of those
responsible.
