am in need of some help :)

tried GM help but the auto responder is screwing up.
this is nothing anyone non EA/Mythic can help me with so no need to publish the problem here.
it's a in-game type issue.
it looks like the new 'wave' of GM's are not understanding the GM chat feature ?
