Arms, leggings, breastplate or tunic, gloves, gorget, hat or helm, ring, bracelet.
If you want more information, you really need to let us know your template and what you plan on doing with the archer.
Then it helps to know how much gold you have available to spend, what items you have now, what items you're looking for (dream item, i.e. I incorporate a skullcap into my suit since I'm a pirate, and pirates don't need reading glasses. Or if you REALLY want the Mace and Shield Reading glasses... let us know).

In general, for PvM purposes, MR, LMC, SI, and MI are the basic mods you would be looking for, but as Farsight said, more information is necessary.
