Does anyone know the exact mechanics of his earth elemental form?
He heals based on damage done to him while in the form? or he just heals
a set amount depending on how many people are there?

We used disco on him and it seems he regens the same amount of health even if you
are doing more damage.

Or can you only deal a set amount of damage before he changes into stone form?

I believe he leaches life in Elemental form. Hit him with a Word of Death while he is in elemental form and you'll see for yourself. As soon as he goes Earth Ele... dispel summons and pull back pets.

That's more absorbing damage, not leeching life.

We treat him like Paroxy in that form. Pull pets and all summons off him...

I wish he had some disadvantage while in this form, such as not being able to move...or moving extremely slowly.

Simply hit him with a different damage element. I think the best is to have a samp with a cold and fire weapon. When he turns to a fire el use the cold wep, when he turns into a snow el use fire. This way rcs and pets can still do physical damage.

That's cause you were doing the majority of damage with physical. Try fire or cold and watch what he does.

Just dont hit him when in Earth ele form and you will do it a lot faster.
Its still unknown if he leeches life or absorbs the damage and converts it to life, similar to how a Eater on a suit would work for mana.
End story just dont hit it when in earth ele, Managed to do Anon in under 5 mins with this technique

Does he do less melee damage?
Is he easier to hit?
Does he re-arm?
