Blitz's book is on display at the Vesper Cultural Center on Cats. The Cultural Center info is in this thread : https://stratics.com/community/threads/vesper-a-growing-town.331037/ It is on the table with the new prolific manuscripts, right next to the Gold Statue on right hand side.
