For those of you creating or wanting to create a township banner do not use inside UO anymore. Save yourself ALLOT of time and hassle by using UOFiddler. This program allows you to hue items and export the image without having to cut out little white areas. Also you can use this to pull UO Gump art for posts, text styles etc etc.
