animal form (wolf) and hci cap

ok so cap on hci is 45

in wolf form you get a bonus of 20, if you already have 45 hci does this mean you now have 65 hci or does the cap of 45 still stick even with being in animal form?

I think the cap is still 45, but if you get hit with HLA, it gets lowered from 65.

At least, that's the way the DCI cap works when you get hit with HLD or take the DCI hit form casting divine fury.
