The days of virtually modless forum have come to an end.
You probably noticed some locked threads, some missing posts and some posters received PMs.

From now on I will assume moderation of this forum, consider me a peacekeeping force sent from above. Ideally, I will restore order and meanwhile identify "local" candidate(s) for moderators and eventually pass the whip and the carrot (what carrot?) to them.

We can discuss moderation options, babble and PvP threads and all other issues - within reason and, above all, with respect.

Nice to see an admin again here on the chessy boards

Is there anyway we can get a sticky thread for "Pvp Trash Talk" like some of the other shard boards? I am pretty sure it would be a lot easier dealing with and deleting posts in there; rather then locking a otn of threads.

I was actually beginning to think of the shard forum here as almost coming close to that other shard I play upon too, but over there it is a bit different in that every one knows every one and pretty much knows how far they can push *or not* push everyone else, before the moderators and other usual posters there all... get aggitated.

But yes seriously, there should be some kinda leaway for some *trash talking board pvp factions guilds of felucca whom pwns whom for the moment in game sort of thread here somewhere...on this Chesapeake shard forum... otherwise folks will forget Felucca or peeveepee.. even exits.

Posts can not be just all us roleplayers or non aggros posting...that can get DULL. hehe.

Although posts about whom may or may not be cheating scripting etc. can not fly...those end up he said she said accusatory and ruin folks names/ reps be it a good or bad rep...that be when moderators MUST delete or lock up public postin of accusatory cheating sorts of non allowable kinda threads.

Anyhow GOOD luck in ye endeavor to find moderators. Tough job someone has to do it or we may all go to bad seeds or ruin the forums normally sociable content...or something.
