An issue at my house that I can use help on

I have a strongbox (one of those gold boxes) for some reason when I mouse over it the strongbox does not highlight. I can secure and release it but I cannot pick it up. Any ideas how to fix this issue?

Try turning it with a house decorating tool. You should then be able to pick it up.

Turn it with deco tool sometimes when they face east they go to 255/255 and u cant pick em up
