It stands on EA Japan official web site as follows:
The Thanksgiving mini event will end at the beginning of the next week.

ETA when the event will end:
It will end on each shard at the first regular maintenance time after Nov. 30th, 2009 15:00 JST(=30th, 06:00 GMT / 30th, 01:00 EST).
