An alert from Vesper

The town of Vesper is on alert after a revelation of a poaching plot in the area has been unveiled. Glass Bottom Brian had been found guilty of tracking the ‘White Hart”. The findings of trap lure use are classified as the council wishes not to aid the entrapment of this magical creature. The perpetrator was given a swift demise at the hand of the executioner’s axe and disposed of in the cemetery.

Vesper plans to petition the King’s Council in the coming weeks to list the White Hart as an Endangered Species. This will ensure their safety by prohibiting any action that causes harm, killing, and any foreign trading of the “White Hart”. Any offender shall be punished to the full extent of the law. A reward has been set of $100,000 for any information leading to the arrest of these rustlers.

A sighting of the rare and beautiful creature has been seen on the outer skirts of the town. Please be advised that should you cross paths with the “White Hart”, be attentive of any suspicious activity nearby and please direct any incident the city’s council.

Well I mean if hes gonna be put on trial and executed, I will take them antlers.. I mean Minoc does have dense forest regions packed with deer.. and me wearing it would allow me to hunt them deer alot easier im sure.
