Amnesty date?

Hi i was just wondering if anyone knows the date for the amnesty? Kinda getting sick of only having 21 locks lol

Scoot over ya'll, I'm waiting with you.

My impression from that 'Official Amnesty Notice' was that they were going to start in the next 2-3 weeks here and there. The actual cut off date is April 30th.
I haven't even gotten my orange certificate, so I would think there are bugs to work out on the more compex skill lock amnesty.

Now, these statements are just based on my impressions...
