Seller should learn to EXPLAIN better the RULES in sales description posts, to UPDATE sales posts CORRECTLY & PROMPTLY and to understand that, without CLEARLY & INITIALLY defined caveat emptor, THE FIRST PUBLIC POSTED Buyout offer is, at the very least, MORALLY BINDING for BOTH the buyer AND the seller (this, at least, between CORRECT traders).
VERY unpleasant experience.
