This bracelet coupled with a ring (even a crystalline) the Hephaestus shield, Mark of Travesty, etc could make one of those 820 skill mystic parry mage templates. Of course it wont be easy and you will need to pull of some pretty nice stat increase armor but if you do you won't regret it. Carry a reactive parry shield instead of the Hephaestus and paralyze the dexxer swinging at you. Most mystic mages now run around with just 45% DCI. With this you can have the 35% parry chance on top of that while still having full mage abilities.
