I saw one in vendor.
How it is possible to make one? Is this new drop or is obi nowdays alterable?

Can't remember if a garg version drops now, I usually have a human at roof but you can get an alter service contract from a tailor and convert a human one. It looks like a repair deed but alters human versions to garg. Make sure you really want the garg version because it can't be converted back.

Hmm. I cannot alter the human version to Gargish. Can somebody confirm garg version drops now?

I thought gargish drops started a year or more ago - but only to gargish characters (much how the Krampus only dropped the garg versions of its recipes to gargs)
