This has been discussed before. I feel I should bring it up again.

Let's say I just failed to find anything worth stealing at a Champ boss.
Boss falls, and the spawners leave.
I can't even look at the corpse for 2 whole minutes.
There's a lot of nice loot in there that I'd like to get my hands on.

Shouldn't be like that in Felucca.:gun:

100% agree with the OP. I also think bones in trammel should be lootable by anybody (player bones) as well. They were a major feature in why UO was so fun for so long, then it got removed.

Yes, Felucca/Siege corpses should be freely lootable (subject to flagging during the first 2 minutes).

NO, Trammel bones should NOT have been or ever be again freely lootable. If you want to loot other people, go to a Fel ruleset and do it with the appropriate risks. If you're in Trammel and need to have someone loot you, then get in a guild or party with someone you trust.

Everyone, player or NPC, should be freely lootable in Fel/Siege ... and there should be no insurance.

I agree that Trammel bones should be left alone.

I agree, all should be lootable.

Also, all blue healers should be turned into red healers lol

bones in tram should be lootable by anyone, you can't argue against this because it was put into effect when tram came out so therefore it is the right way, first = more efficient... i used to pretend i couldn't rez someone in a tram dungeon then loot their bones when the corpse turned to bones :) this was before AOS and insurance and i got a silver vanq short spear off someone doing that !

definitely agree with both, especially the second part, its so pointless to have a blue healer in fel when red healers will rez both blues and reds, might as well benefit both and not just favor to blue players simply because they don't want to be red

I remember when there were no red healers and you had to go to the Chaos shrine, or find a player to do it.

Also...is there some point to having red healers in Trammel?

Sure I can. It was an oversight in player behaviour that thought that people would actually play nice if they were able to loot bones afterwards.

However what it did was remove ALL risk for loot from other players instead of keeping it as it should have been which is in Felucca where with the risks involved in PvP comes the reward of being able to loot your opponent/victim.

In short it was a MISTAKE that was later corrected.

I want to think I remember there's some type of quest loot you get off of the red healers in Tram based facets.

Other than that, *shrug*.

I could definitely see a ratio change of red/blue healers so that Tram rulesets had 75% blue/25% red and Fel facets have 75% red and 25% blue.

Yep... I think it's map fragments, or something like that for the minotaur strongbox quest.
