I have a 25%.
i know someone has one, I have seen it.

It's possible to get a 30 from the library, but I've tried 3 times and not got better than 23. I have a 25 from Heartwood, but I'd really like something a bit better.

ya i also try the library, i just got junk from that quest. was a wast of goods :sad3:
I think i got my 25% from doing lady Mel
