Alchemical Race (formerly known as The Screaming Gollywobbler)
When: Thursday, March 12 2015 7pm central/8pm eastern
Where: Gate provided from Luna bank
Length: 30 minutes to 1 hour
Prizes: Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place
(The prizes are not so grand as The Screaming Gollywobbler, I could not keep up that pace)

There may be an overhaul of the race progression just to make things easier. We may just have everyone run at once and just take a determined number of top placers to progress. I would still like to have 4 or 5 races or it will just be over in 10 minutes.
Gameplay:
-A simple race through the tower using alchemical symbol tiles. At the top is a symbol that sends you back down to the finish room on the ground floor.
-Participants start on the red carpeted squares and run to the black carpeted squares (covering the alchemical symbols) to progress up through the tower.
-Up to 10 participants can run each round. If more than 10 participate they will be divided up into equal groups that run separately until enough have been eliminated to leave 10 or less and then the groups will be joined back into one.
-Each round will eliminate a to be determined number of participants. When the total remaining participants reach 4 then only 1 more will be eliminated on the next round and the final 3 race for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. (EXCEPTION) If 6 or less participate then all the rounds will only eliminate 1 each.
After the race and if there is time there will be the Runes to Riches game borrowed from the bygone Timeless Treasures T*T auction house on Legends. It is basically a raffle buying runes from a vendor and one lucky recaller will have someone waiting for them with the prize.
This is to help fund the Alchemical Event prize coffers and all proceeds will be reinvested back into the Great Lakes economy.
