Ahh the help system at its finest...

Was getting keys for dreadhorn earlier today. Like somedays the irk gets stuck in the rocks and i cannot kill it. So i page like always wait 45 minutes finally get someone to answer my page and instead of moving the irk back into play i get sent the ever so classic please visit our website.

So 45 minutes wasted they couldnt just do what they always do and move it back into play i have to go read up on the fact that its stuck and to page a gm. How about you pull the god damn help service out of india and put it back into the hands of people who have played this god damn game.

honestly what do you expect from EA customer service? seems like 1 in 5 times they fail at their job. that's like a baseball player who hits .200. pretty awful. at least a GM probably only makes 30-50k a year. a terrible baseball player still makes the minimum ~500k a year.

they are such a huge failure, that when they simply do their job people feel the need to praise them.

oh GM so and so did a GREAT job. he HELPED me.

For what it's worth I think the next Publish makes it so he won't get stuck at all anymore?

I've run into this situation myself before. If you go to the site where they direct you it actually does say specifically that a GM won't move stuck monsters.

Funny that every single other game I've played GM's were more than happy to fix monsters that weren't working as intended, yet UO won't do it, regardless of what the situation is.

Same here, the reason i actually stopped paying for 3 of my accounts.



I like when your playing WoW and you come across a situation and you page a GM and get one on one actual help in no more than 2 minutes. Ahhh the joy of customer service representatives that actually do their job.

For my part I was pretty satisfied with the e mail help from india.
Ingame help is something different though, though I think the indian guys would do a good job. As they have no idea of the game they probably would do as asked to get the annoying pager to shut up.
