Sorry for your loss. Seems to happen to a lot of people... had it happen to me a few weeks back in Magincia. Got lagged, died, got ressed, and half my insured stuff was missing. Managed to get back to my corpse, looted and there it was, just popped back onto my paperdoll. Go figure. Whatever's causing it definately needs finding and fixing.
