Hit Life Leech 33%
Hit Magic Arrow 32%
Hit Lower Defense 32%
Damage Increase 39%
Physical Damage 50%
Cold Damage 30%
Energy Damage 20%
Weapon Damage 12-14
Weapon Speed 2.75s

This is was made by a crafter. Any ideas on the value (if any at all)?
