Hail all!

I have been gone from game for over 3 years and I see allot has changed. I am thinking about returning and would need much help and any information possible on the changes. I am also looking to sell quite a bit of items and housing. I am condensing from 8 accounts to about 3. Any info would be appreciated and I look forward to seeing old friends in the game.
