Advice - Whats the Best PvP Necro/mage Template...

Just curious what the best pvp necro template was.

I am currently considering the following template.

120 Necromancy
120 Spirit Speak
120 EI
120 Magery
120 Resist
105 Med+

Cap 705

I was going to use a Staff of the Magi for a weapon..

Also which necro spells are best to use in pvp... I know that choke and corpse skin are good what other are good to use.

Strangle, Corpse Skin, Evil Omen, Poison Strike, Pain Spike, Blood Oath.
