Hello, I have been playing UO for awhile now, and after the release of SA i followed the link to the EA store from uoherald.com (before they updated it with localised fixed links) I went a head and purchased what i thought was the Expansion, for £29.99 (Im in UK), after trying to figure out why the code would not work when i tried to upgrade my account i realised i had bought a brand new version of the game even though it said expansion on the receipt. Well anyway, realising this i Called the EA Customer support line. it was a US number and had to wait 45 mins before i got to talk to someone. i am not happy about the rather large call charge i received for this from my Phone company. lol. Anyway he said he elevated my issue to Tier 3 and sent me an email with a reference number, the email stated 48 to 72 hours. Its been over a week now and i still have not received an email or a refund. Can anyone offer any advice on what my next step should be in regards to acquiring a refund or indeed a SA upgrade key instead.
