Ok this is REALLY ridiculous, can we please get some *BETTER* instructions as to how to login to our account management. I am confused where it says "Already have an EA account" and below " and "Have a Mythic Master Account". I can't even use my UO username and password like before to login to my account management. So I am sitting on the phone here with this guy for 25 minutes now and STILL nothing. He has YET to ask for my UO Account name. I had to GIVE it to him so he could further look into whatever he's NOT looking into :-/. Please make this page "DUMMY PROOF". This "i'ma place you on a brief hold" crap every 10 seconds is RIDICULOUS. Change this account crap back to the way it was or get this **** fixed because this could really steer a player into not even wanting to go through all of this crap just to play the game again.
When I went to create a mythic master ID account it says it's already in use. So the guy suggests I make a new one and I said "Isn't the one that's created already tied onto my UO Account". I don't know what the mythic master ID is but the last time I had billing issues a customer service rep or billing rep guy said that the account had a master ID but I didn't remember it. That was before they did this account migration crap. I've never had to login using a "master account" before. Now I don't know when im going to be able to play UO again, this guy i'm talking to has sent me THREE password reset emails for nothing. HE doesn't know what hte heck hes doing. Oh and now i've been on the phone with him for 33 minutes. He just keeps asking me the same questions and were not getting ANYWHERE.
Update: 35 Minutes now and still on the phone with this guy, recreating an EA ID, then it was the master. So the guy puts in my Master ID and it says its not available so he had to make a new one with a 1 afterwards, Now he says the email address he entered is already in use.. The god damn guy doesn't know wha the sdoing! He even said on the phone "I'm not understanding......." ****ing idiot! Now i'm back on a brief hold. Good lord get me somebody that knows what there doing please. What's happened so far is I have had 3 seperate emails for acct password help to reset password, had to create a master ID, an EA ID. Now he says I can login so when I try to it says invalid account name or password.
Update: now he's escilating the call to another agent. I had to change my UO username to the same thing again and it wants me to put in a code before I get to the billing screen and he said "You don't have a code sitting inront of you on a box or anything?" and I said "No it's not like half life or anything when you download the game and have a code on the back of the box, you download ultima online and just sign in with your username and password" What the hell is this all about!
